Julius Tai
Partner, Real Estate and Property Practice Group
Julius graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree from the University of West of England, Bristol in 2006. He then gained work experience in the United Kingdom in 2007 and 2008 before returning to Malaysia to obtain the Certificate in Legal Practise in 2009. Julius subsequently underwent pupillage at Messrs. Faeizah Kerk Bong & Associates in 2010. He was then called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya in 2012.
His practice encompasses property and real estate transactions including property-related banking and finance documentations. He has also given numerous talks on issues such as the Maintenance & Management of Buildings & Common Property in relation to the new Strata Management Act 2013 as well as on the amendments to the Housing Development (Control & Licensing) Act 1966 And Strata Title Act 1985 in relation to stratified property development.
Julius speaks fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and is able to converse in Hokkien.
